The service from the store was fine. It took about ten days, but the quality of this deck box is poor. The assembly design is quite unique as the sides are already attached to the bottom and hinged upward to complete the sides and build the box. Since the unit is hinged at the sides, the sides are also open allowing water to enter the box. This unit is NOT WATERPROOF. The wicker sides are open and water can easily enter. The unit that we had the one side measured 19.25" while the second side measured 19.5". This caused the lid not to close properly. The deck box looks good but the craftsmanship and its functionality leave a lot to be desired.
